They also didn’t mind getting rid of it if times were a little tight. Job security went out the window a long time ago. No longer are employees considered part of a family. They are now numbers on a sheet of paper whose lives are governed by someone who has never even met them.<br /><br />Instead, you are putting all of your energies into a situation that could one day turn its back on you. Ten, fifteen, and twenty years of service mean nothing these days. You probably won’t make twenty years because they’ll find someone younger who has fewer financial needs and a more recent education to take over for you.<br /><br />If you have a good work ethic then you can transition that very same work ethic into working for yourself. If you know how to be responsible and show up, day in and day out, then you should be able to do the same thing for yourself.<br /><br />You don’t need to be a wealthy individual to start your own business and you certainly don’t need to know everything about online business to be successful. A few simple rules to follow is all you’ll need to make a different mark on the world.
